Amongst all famous, most visited places of the world, the British capital has its own unique destinations and scenery and many
things to do in London.
When I am talking here about London, there are so many places worth
visiting which we all know because those are too famous but excluding
those places London has some secret and interesting hidden spot which
you’ve heard off but not visited or you have no certain information
behind its existence over London.
Tower Bridge ChimneyTower
Bridge is often visited place by civilians and tourists but there are
very few people who know about Tower Bridge Chimney. While walking on
the
Tower Bridge you have
normally seen the lamp posts but have you marked about this little
thicker lamp which has no light lamp. The story behind this Chimney is
one type of small room under the bridge which originally was been used
by the guards when on duty protecting the Tower of London and the room
had coal fire and the smoke came out through this Chimney. It is like
one historical place which might be interesting to see for tourists.
Geffrye MuseumLondon has a big bunch of museums like most popular
V&A Museum,
British museum and
National History museum
but there are some others which have its own specialty to attract and
one of them is Geffrye Museum which is well-known for its clean and
wonderful sight into how people have lived over the years. If you visit
this place its every room makes you feel so amazed and you find
something that you have never seen before that.
The Rolling Bridge
By
the name of this place you can get an idea about this bridge that it is
a bending revolving bridge created by British designer Thomas
Heatherewick. If you wish to see it then you can see it roll up to let
boats pass under the bridge on Friday afternoon because during the
whole week it’s looking like a regular footbridge and it remains
horizontal and only opens on Friday noon and the reason behind the
making of this bridge is that the movement and unexpected feature of
the bridge. It won a number of awards including the Structural Steel
Award, and an Emerging Architecture Award.
There are so many other
hidden places in London but above are the quite interesting ones’ according to my view and I would like to serve you these types of
exciting things to do in London every time.
